ABOUT THIS SITE
One trader,
writing it down
I'm Concept211, and I write ArcusGuide. It is an independent guide to Arcus, the Stock Token and perpetual futures exchange on Robinhood Chain. I am not part of Arcus, dYdX or Robinhood, and none of them review what I publish.
I've written trading bots since 2016, starting with arbitrage scripts on centralized exchanges and moving through DeFi AMMs to on-chain order books. I have traded decentralized perpetuals since 2024, and I have an Arcus account. Arcus itself only launched in mid-2026, so I make no claim to long experience on it. What I can offer is a habit of reading the fee schedule, the API and the terms before trusting a number, and of writing down where each one came from.
Arcus moves quickly. Since July 2026 it has halved taker fees for its beta, zeroed most maker fees, added isolated margin, switched perps access from a waitlist to invite codes and started a points program, and its help center has not always kept up. A guide that dates its figures and links its sources is worth more here than one that sounds confident.
What this site is, and is not
ArcusGuide is an independent, third-party resource operated by Concept211. It is not affiliated with, produced by, reviewed by or endorsed by Arcus Labs Ltd, Arcus Labs Inc., Pocket Protector Labs Inc., dYdX Trading Inc. (dYdX Labs), the dYdX Foundation, Robinhood or any of their affiliates. "Arcus" and related names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify the platform this site documents.
The name is shared with plenty of unrelated organizations, including Arcus Biosciences and the Arcus Network token. This site covers only the exchange at arcus.xyz. The disambiguation page sorts out the rest.
How this site earns
ArcusGuide is paid through the Arcus referral program. When you join through the ARCUSGUIDE referral link, two things happen:
- Arcus applies its referral discount to your account. The app shows it as "5% off on all trading fees", and the Arcus API changelog (July 22, 2026) describes a 5% referral fee discount for referred users.
- This site earns a share of the trading fees you pay. Arcus pays it from protocol revenue under Annex B of its Protocol Terms, and the terms say the rates can be reduced or eliminated. It costs you nothing extra.
A referral link does not unlock perpetuals. Perps need an invite code or a waitlist slot, and Stock Token spot trading has no Arcus fee, so a referral earns this site nothing on spot today. The code can only be added early, before your 30-day volume passes Arcus's cutoff, and cannot be changed afterward. The referral code guide has the details, and the disclaimer lists every affiliate relationship, including the hardware wallet and tax software links.
The referral never decides what a guide says. Comparison tables keep the rows where Arcus loses, and where a competitor is cheaper or deeper, the page says so.
How guides are checked
- Fee tiers and market lists come from Arcus's public API (
api.arcus.xyz/v1/feetiers,/v1/markets), with the date they were read. - Product rules come from Arcus's docs, help center, blog and terms, linked inline.
- Where two Arcus pages disagree, the guide says which one it follows and why.
- Competitor fees come from each venue's own fee page; volume and open interest from DefiLlama.
- Arcus's own traction figures are attributed to Arcus, never restated as fact.
The full process, including how conflicts are handled and how often pages are reviewed, is on the methodology page.
What I cannot help with
I have no access to anyone's Arcus account, wallet or funds, and I cannot recover lost funds, reverse a trade, unlock perps access or hand out invite codes on request. For account problems, use Arcus's own help center.
If anyone DMs you claiming to be me, Arcus support or a "recovery service" and offers to fix your account or recover funds, it is a scam. I will never ask for a seed phrase, a private key, a signature or a payment. The scams guide covers the common patterns.
