ArcusGuide is written by Concept211, an independent trader and developer. Send corrections, guide requests and feedback through any of the routes below. This site is not Arcus, so it cannot see or change anything in your Arcus account.

What to send here
- Corrections. Include the page URL, the figure or claim, and the source you are comparing against. Corrections are handled first.
- Guide requests. A feature, error message or workflow on Arcus you want explained.
- Feedback on existing guides or the site itself.
- Partnerships and tool listings. Anything paid is disclosed, and it does not buy a better review.
Arcus account problems: contact Arcus
Deposits, withdrawals, liquidations, perps access and anything else inside your account can only be handled by Arcus. These are Arcus's own channels, not run by this site:

Check the address before you click. Phishing sites copy Arcus's branding on lookalike domains.
Scam warning
Nobody from ArcusGuide or Arcus will DM you first to offer support, fund recovery, an invite code for a fee, or an airdrop claim. Anyone who does is a scammer, even if the name and avatar look right.
Never share a seed phrase or private key, never sign a transaction a stranger sends you, and never pay for "recovery". Arcus says its invite codes cannot be sold or transferred. The scams guide shows the common patterns.
I usually reply within a couple of days. For an error that could cost someone money, put "URGENT" in the subject line.
