When Arcus Gets Stuck

The common ones

• Not available in your region. Arcus restricts the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and sanctioned regions, and its help center adds Switzerland for spot. A VPN is prohibited and can get a wallet blocked. The availability guide explains what the terms say.
• "This wallet address is not on the whitelist". Perps need an invite code or a waitlist slot, and access attaches to the wallet that earned it. Use that same wallet. A referral link does not grant access. See the invite code and waitlist guide.
• Deposit has not arrived. Deposits run through Fun. Ethereum mainnet is slower, and amounts under the minimum (about $3 on most chains) may not credit. Fun has its own help desk for stuck deposits. The deposit guide covers the routes.
• Withdrawal failed or went to the wrong place. "Withdraw from Perps" only moves funds to your Spot balance; a second step bridges them out. A withdrawal also fails when the funds are backing open positions or orders.
• Bought a Stock Token and cannot see or sell it. Some fills settle a few minutes later, typically 3 to 15, and unsettled quantity cannot be sold or moved until then.
• "No quotes available" or a wide quote. Market makers quote less, and wider, outside US market hours, and some names only quote 24/5.
• Referral code will not apply. A code only attaches before your 30-day volume reaches about $1 million, and not at all if a referrer is already linked. You also need to enable trading first.

When to contact Arcus

Anything that needs someone to look at your account, such as a disputed liquidation or a deposit that is still missing after the usual time, goes to Arcus through its help center. This site cannot see or change accounts. Anyone who DMs you offering to fix an account or recover funds is a scammer; the scams guide explains the pattern.
